ﻳﻤﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺪﻛﺘﻮﺭ ﺳﻴﺮﺓ ﺫﺍﺗﻴﺔ ﻣﻔﺘﺨﺮﺓ ﺗﺴﺠﻞ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﺯﺍﺕ ﻋﻈﻴﻤﺔ ﻭﺗﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﻉ ﻃﻮﻳﻞ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻭﻣﻜﺎﻧﺔ ﻣﺮﻣﻮﻗﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﻌﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ ﻭﺍﻻﺭﺩﻧﻲ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺑﺎﺣﺚ ﻣﻦ ﻃﺮﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﻳﺪ ﻣﺠﺪ ﻭﻣﻨﺘﺞ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻠﻔﺖ ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺮ .

ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻴﻮﻝ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ . ﻳﻮﺟﺪ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻵﺭﺍﺀ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ . ﻻ ﺗﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺍﻷﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﺮﻳﺔ .

Customer Satisfaction and Empowerment as the Prerequisite for Web-Based Electronic Commerce Systems
Success Abstract Firms are becoming more reliant on their information systems (IS).

Yet, IS options have become increasingly complex, and the potential for a firm to invest in its IS is almost open-ended.

Few firms systematically attempt to measure the success of such investment, or even know how to do so.

The difficulty of determining useful success measures has long been acknowledged, despite general agreement about the importance to success of user satisfaction with the quality of systems and of the information they  provide.

The extension of IS beyond the boundaries of a single firm, notably with the development of Web-based electronic commerce, has increased the complexity of the context in which success is assessed.

The user is no longer simply an employee. Consequently, IS researchers, as well as practitioners, are stressing the need to better understand the factors that contribute to the success or otherwise of Web based electronic commerce systems (WBEC).

 Because WBEC users may also be a firm’s customers, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have previously
been suggested as key metrics for measuring success of WBEC.

However, there appears to be no previous investigation of WBEC success and its antecedents from the perspective of customer empowerment, despite the ecent interest in this concept evidenced in the Marketing literature.

As well, the role of perceived value in mediating loyalty and satisfaction remains unclear.

Three broad research issues were therefore identified at
the outset of this study. The first research issue was whether WBEC quality is a prerequisite for WBEC success.

The second research issue concerned the impact of customer empowerment on WBEC success.

The third research issue concerned the combined impact of WBEC quality and customer empowerment on WBEC success.

A key contribution of this thesis is its development and testing of a simple model that illustrates the importance
of WBEC quality and customer empowerment as criteria for WBEC success. In addition, the framework of this WBEC success model enabled the construction of a new instrument which measures quality of WBEC and of different customer empowerment components.

This WBEC success instrument is simple, easy to administer and can be used with a variety of WBEC.

The original contribution of this study is that it introduces customer empowerment as a key factor in deriving value from WBEC systems, and highlights the relation between customer empowerment and the success of WBEC.

These findings have the potential for improving understanding of the relationship between WBEC and custome empowerment. In addition, this study extends the understanding of the phenomenon of customer
empowerment itself, and applies this concept in the new environments of the Web.

من ااوائل اصحاب الشهادات العالية في الطب من عباد  الدكتور ابراهيم احمد علي حسين المفلح الشبلي العبادي  .

للدكتور ابراهيم قصة طريفة مع الوظيفة في الاردن ، وهو اقدم طالب وظيفة طبيب تقدم للوظيفة في وزارة الصحة من السبعينات ومن خلال ديوان الخدمة منذ تأسيسة ولم يحصل على اية وظيفة حكومية الى اليوم.

عرضت عليه ثلاث دول عربية واجنبية الجنسية ولم يقبل التخلي عن الجنسية الاردنية .

الدكتور ابراهيم مفلح العبادي ، علم وعالم من اعلام عباد ، له بصمات على مستوى العالم في مجال الطب .

قدر من قبل العالم كله حتى ان اليونان اطلقت اسم الشارع الذي يقع فيه بيته اسم شارع العبادي في اثينا منطقة بورتو رافتني .

عرفته شخصيا وكنت قد عرفت الشيخ الخليل مفلح العبادي الذي دعانا لحضور احتفال تخريج هذا الشاب الذي نفتخر به جميعا .

الدكتور ابراهيم العبادي ، مواليد ماحص 1952 . خريج مدرسة ماحص الاعدادية شهادة الاعدادي 1967 . ثم مدرسة صويلح الثانويه شهادة التوجيهي وبمعدل محترم 1970. جامعة أرسطو طاليس 1977 بكالوريوس طب وجراحه تقدير جيد . جامعة اثينا 1982بورد أمراض الباطنيه والداخلية الاوروبي. جامعة اثينا 1985 بورد امراض القلب والشرايين الاوروبي .

العمل اخصائي ثم استشاري امراض القلب والشرايين وزارة الدفاع والطيران السعودي لغاية 1993 ثم الحصول على شهادة التداخلات لقسطرة القلب والشرايين/ مركز الامير سلطان بن عبد العزيز الرياض .

عضو جمعية اطباء القلب الأوروبية . عضو جمعية اطباء القلب الأمريكيه . عضو جمعية اطباء القلب التداخليه الامريكيه أيضا .

مزاول للمهنه في السوق الاوروبيه المشتركه عضو العديد من الجمعيات الطبيه الاردنيه والعالميه الاخرى .

محاضر بوزارة الصحه الاردنيه دورات متقدمه للأطباء 1997 ولغاية 2003 . مشارك مئآت المؤتمرات الطبيه العالميه وآلاف الورشات الطبيه المحليه والعالميه .

ولد المرحوم خلف في ماحص سنة 1924 ميلادي ودخل المدرسة سنة 1930 ميلادي لغاية الصف الثالث لسنة 1932وانهى الدراسة لعدم وجود صفوف إلا الذهاب إلى السلط لإكمال مراحل التعليم .

طبعا من خوف الأهل بقي يعمل مع والده بالزراعة كونه الأكبر لإخوانه .

وبقي على هذا الحال لغاية سنة1940 وبعدها ذهب إلى عمان وعمل في سوق الخضار( حسبة عمان/عند ابورصاع) بوظيفة كاتب لتسجيل الوارد والصادر من الخضار وبقي على الحال لسنة 1948 .

وفي سنة 1948 رحل جدي المرحوم وأبي وأعمامي وعماتي إلى عمان واستأجروا بيت في حوش الحاج محمد علي المسلماني .. أبو مصطفى(رحمه الله) في وسط البلد أول شارع الشابسوغ باجره شهريه دينار واحد وكان البيت عبارة عن غرفتين من طين .

وفي سنة 1949 عين والدي المرحوم خلف في أمانة العاصمة بوظيفة كاتب وكانت الواسطة المرحوم ناجي أبو نوار وكان ذلك لحسن الخط الذي يمتاز به والدي.

وفي سنة 1952 تزوج والدي وكان عمره 28 سنه وكان بيت جدي في عمان عبارة عن فندق لأهل ماحص الذي يحضر إلى عمان من اجل أي شيء من تجاره او علاج وكانت الحال (على الله) لامورد الآ الله ومن ثم والدي كون أعمامي صغار السن في تلك الفترة .

في سنة 1953 رزق أبي بابنه اسماها زين ..كون صديقه المرحوم عطا لله المجالي ابنته البكر اسمها زين .

وفي سنة 1955 رزق ابي بولد اسماه نصري (بالمناسبة) كانوا بالقديم ينادوا ابي ب أبو نصري وعلشانهيك إنا اسمي نصري .

وفي سنه 1955 رحل والدي و والده وأعمامي الى جبل ألجوفه  وسكنوا عند دار أبو علي المعيدي كونها قريبه على منزل الحاج عبد الكريم الشياب والحاج صالح الحسن وجميعهم من ماحص وكانت الاجره 4 دنانير شهريه. وكان الرحيل من حوش ابومصطفى بسبب بيعه للحوش وشراء ارض في المصدار .. عمان.

وفي سنة 1955 تعرض المرحوم والدي الى حادث سير ألزمه الفراش مدة عامين و على اثرها تم فصله من امانه عمان لطول الاجازه المرضية وفي تلك الفتره فكر والدي بالرحيل الى منطقة المصدار (الاشرفيه) حاليا لمجاورة الحاج محمد علي المسلماني(ابو مصطفى) وكان ذلك سنة 1958 لكن هاي المره مش ايجار بل شراء ارض والحمدلله تم بناء غرفتين مع مطبخ وحمام يبعد عن المنزل 30متر ،ورجع والدي الى عمله واصبح الحال بعض الشيء مريح بسبب عمل اعمامي ومساعدة ابي وكانت المنطقه التي سكناها تعج بالعشائر الاردنيه مثل .

الحديد . الدبايبه . الشوابكه .

وفي سنة 1960 توفي جدي رحمه الله

وفي سنة 1962 تزوج عمي محمد(ابوسلامه)

وفي سنة 1965 رزقنا باخ ثاني (سليمان)

وفي سنة 1972 تزوج والدي الزوجه الثانيه

وفي سنة 1973 رزقنا باخ ثالث من ابينا (ناصر)

وفي سنة 1978 توفي والدي رحمه الله

اصدقاءه كثر وكان يعتبر من رجالات عمان وابنائها .. علاقات اجتماعيه وعشائريه حدث بلا حرج .. ويعتبر من رجالات عشائر عباد . ومن رجالات ماحص والكل يشهد بذلك .

عمل في امانة عمان من سنة 1949 الى سنة 1978
لقد ترك ارث ولااجمل  وهو
احترام ومحبة الناس له الى يومنا هذا .

ماحص والكهرباء

سنة 1971 م حضر الى عمان والى امانة العاصمه بالاخص الشيخ جمعه الشبلي رحمه الله وكان وقتها رئيس لبلديه ماحص وكان والدي رحمه الله يعمل في امانة عمان .

وقد اتى ابو حامد لعند والدي وقال له يا خلف وزير البلديات ( ابراهيم العطور ) صاحبك ومش موافق النا بالكهرباء قوم خلينا نروح عليه ونشوفه.

بالفعل تم ذلك ولحسن الحظ كان معاليه موجود فدخلوا عليه وشرحوا له الوضع فضحك وقال بالحرف الواحد ماحص مجلس قروي وعدد السكان لا يتجاوز ال 1500 وعدد المنازل لا يتعدي 200 منزل بالاول طالبوا بترفيعها الى بلديه … وبعدين اذا ضليت بفرحها الله …

فغضب ابو حامد رحمه الله ” فقال له نحن نريد كهرباء والبلديه معها معها ” …

وتم الاتفاق على البدء باجراء اللازم ، وفعلا تم ترفيع مجلس قروي ماحص الى بلديه سنة 1972 ولحسن الحظ مازال معاليه وزيرا للبلديات وذهب والدي والمرحوم ابوحامد لعنده مره ثانيه واستقبلهم وطلبو منه ما وعدهم.

فقال لهم اذهبوا وارجعوا الي بوفد من مدينه ماحص لايقل عن 5 اشخاص كي يتقدموا بهاذا الطلب وتم ذلك وقد حضر منهم والحمدلله اذكرهم جيدا

  2. المرحوم محمد حسين ابو عليوه
  3. المرحوم حسين مناور السرور
  4. المرحوم احمد علي الحسين
  5.  والحاج خالد ابو عذيه ..وكان وقتها يملك سياره خاصه به واتو بها
  6. اضف الى ذلك المرحوم خلف ابو العيله

وبالفعل تم الحديث بهذا الامر …. وقال يا ابو حامد شو بدها تساهم البلديه بالكهرباء وقديش عدد السكان لان النظام وقتها ان لايقل عدد السكان عن 15 الف مواطن كي تقوم الدوله بتأمين الكهرباء وخلاف ذلك المواطنين والبلديه تساهم ب 50% من الكلفه وقدرت الكلفه ب 25 الف دينار وقتها وتعسر الحال لافي عدد سكان كافي ولا في ميزانيه تدفع هيك امر .
فقال والدي يا معاليك هذول قرايبي ووالاد عمي اجو جاهه عليك زي ما طلبت ومش معقول يروحوا من عندك …. بدون طلبهم .
فقال ياخلف قديش عدد سكان ماحص فقال ابو حامد حوالي 3000 الالف وعندها قال والدي يا ابراهيم بك عددهم 3000 الالف والجاهه 5 بخمسة الالف هيهم صاروه 8000 وانا 1000 صرنا 9000 فضحك معاليه فقاله انت يا ابو العيله ب 7000 فصفق الحضور لذلك الوضع .
فبقي مساهمة البلديه ودار جدال طويل وعريض لان الميزانيه الموجوده بالصندوق لا تتعدى 2800 فقال هذا لايكفي يا جماعه شركة الكهرباء ملعونة والدين وبهمهم الربح فقال ابو حامد يا معاليك احنا جيناك وهاي عندك .
فتبسم معاليه وقال ابشر ابو حامد المشروع بكلف 25000 اخصم منهم حوالي 6000 مساهمة الشركه بظل 19 قرايبك هذول يكرموا ب 9000 والباقي الك يا ابو حامد .
وخلال 3 شهور كانت الكهرباء بماحص

اليوم نريد ان نتحدث عن رجل من ماحص الحبيبه الغاليه على قلوب الجميع رجل من النوادر في ماحص يشهد لهو جميع الناس بحسن الخلق وطيبت النفس وثبات القلب وانشراح الصدر وهو صاحب ابتسامه جميله رائعه تشفي العليل وتداوي الجريح رجل يعد بالف رجل وهو شجره مثمره .
هذه الشجره منبتها طيب واصلها طيب تعطي الناس اجمل ما عندها من ثمار ولا تبخل على احد من الناس
حج سليمان صاحب نخوه وشهامه وشجاعه وعندهو حب الايثار
فاقول لهو ابيات من الشعر

وعطرو الأبدان بأزكى الروائح
..فقلب المحب للحبيب رايح
